For various Australian migration visas, the migrant has to make an investment into an eligible investment or be supported by an eligible Venture Fund.

Funding Strategies can assist with skill matching migrants to investment opportunities, including migration investment structuring and processing, including the facilitating of co-investments as needed.

Project manage the migration investment including:

• Assisting with presenting investment options to the migrant that fulfill the visa and skill requirements;

• Conducting due diligence on the target investment selecting and agreeing the investment with the migrant;

• Structure the investment including corporate structure and share capital as required including corporate formation as needed;

• Assisting with the investment of the migrant into the business;

• Preparation of business plans needed to support the migration application and fund requirements as needed;

• Assist and advise in obtaining approval for funding by a registered Venture Capital Fund as needed;

• Liaison with Venture Capital investment manager in respect of the approval for the business for investment by the fund as needed;

• Assist with language support as needed - Chinese, Mandarin, Spanish, German and English.

• Assist with referring specialised migration agent support.
