Project Brewing is in the process of opening its newest Craft Beer venue in Perth (see artist's impression below). The venue is being designed to cater to 350-400 patrons seated indoors and in the alfresco beer garden.
The planned fit out is in the design process, and expected to capitalise on the industrial rustic ambience of the existing structure – updated with modern eclectic interior design. The building itself features 2 story display windows exposing the brewing tanks in all their glory to street elevation. The venue will incorporate a fully functioning brewing plant onsite consisting of 8 x 1500 litre fermenting and conditioning tanks, a children’s playground, indoor and alfresco seating with food service to be a combination of local eatery delivery and gourmet food trucks on rotation.
