Ocular Robotics has achieved significant milestones in revenue outlook and key staff appointments in recent months. To continue our push for growth in the coming months it has been the decision of the Board to extend the current Offer to investors for 3 months with the new closing date for the OCR offer being 17th October at 5pm.
With OCR continuing to see substantial and growing global interest in its product offering and now with added sales and marketing resources, the extension provides the Company the most efficient vehicle in the shorter term to continue to push for growth as it builds on its revenue successes to date.
