Capital Raising progressing with Round 1 fully subscribed

"Freedom Suites Ltd has recently closed Round 1 of its capital raising fully subscribed and has extended the offer for Round 2 shares until the 31^st August 2016. The extension is due to ongoing talks with potential strategic investors which have not concluded."
